I'm Cassandra.
Certified yoga therapist, former PBS attorney, scribbler of poems and prose, and undisputed queen of great hats.
I love deep conversations over exquisite meals, but witty puns and debates make my heart sing. I’m a writer, knitter, and pretty consistent meditator (for 20 years, long before it was cool, because of a vacation). And I relish a good bath with a delicious 19th-century novel and a long en bouche wine, at any time of day.

My own love affair with travel began in Italy in 1994 and has since led me across continents and into careers in wellness, writing, and ultimately designing transformative trips for others. Whether it’s your first grand adventure or your fiftieth, I’ll make sure it’s unforgettable.

HOW 10 DAYS CHANGED EVERYTHING
Why I do what i do
I had my dream job—an attorney at PBS Headquarters—while earning my master’s in creative writing at Johns Hopkins by night. Life was full. Focused. On track.
Until suddenly, it wasn’t.
I became seriously ill, and for more than two years, no doctor had answers. I was exhausted, burned out, and lost in a way I’d never known. I couldn’t bounce back.
Then I took a trip to COMO Parrot Cay—and everything shifted.
Those ten days changed my habits, my diet, my mindset, my priorities… and most of all, they gave me back a sense of hope.
That’s why I do what I do now.
