Certified yoga therapist, former PBS attorney, scribbler of poems and prose, and undisputed queen of great hats.

It only took 10 days to change my entire life. Now, I love to design trips that’ll transform your life, too.
I love deep conversations over exquisite meals, but witty puns and debates make my heart sing. I’m a writer, knitter, and pretty consistent meditator (for 20 years, looooong before it was cool, because of a vacation). And I relish a good bath with a delicious 19th-century novel and a long en bouche wine, at any time of day.
I believe trips can transform everything. Because of a trip to Italy in 1994, I started to practice yoga — the start of not one but two love affairs. Because of another trip in 2002 to the Caribbean, I trained to become a yoga therapist. Because I know firsthand how travel changes lives, I live to design trips that transform you.

WHY I do what i do
That trip absolutely saved my life.
I was working hard in my dream job as an attorney at PBS Headquarters. Meanwhile, at night I studied for a masters in creative writing at Johns Hopkins. Life was humming along, just like I expected it to. I had ambitious plans.
But then, something broke inside my body. I became very ill and spent over two years seeing doctors. I had never felt so lost, exhausted, and burned out. I couldn’t recover.
Then, I took a trip to COMO Parrot Cay that changed everything – my habits, diet, mindset, skills and priorities, and most of all… my ability to hope.
